The last star is mainly that they could be more comfortable and have some way to stay in my ears more firmly for longer.You get the most out of these by downloading the app so you can turn on “be aware” mode where the headphones replicate the sounds around you via the mic. This doesn’t have any noticeable lag time and means you can hear things around you, and you can also toggle the volume of background noise within the app.I have to replace headphones more than I would like because I lose them, and I have gotten these same headphones twice before (and lost the case 🙃). I intended to put reflective tape on this to help me, but I love the transparent case so much and am going to mostly leave it visible otherwise.

Works so well!! Audio is great and my husband had accidentally gotten this through the washer and dryer (using the hot option) and it still worked like brand new. It’s like almost impossible for this to break.

I waited a few months to post a review, so here it is. I’m no audio connoisseur, but for me, the audio is clear, and the earbuds can easily put out enough sound. Battery life is very good, I practically never use them for long enough to get a low battery on the buds. Overall, they have been great value for the money, and assuming these last decently long, I will definitely be looking to Jlab again when I need a set of earbuds.I have only one complaint about these buds, and it really is a minor nitpick. They take slightly longer to connect to my phone after taking them from the case than previous buds I’ve had, and once they connect, they then announce “Bluetooth connected, battery full”. Like I say, it’s really a minor nitpick. It doesn’t take more than 10 seconds longer to be ready to use than any other earbuds I’ve used, and realistically, it’s more like 5 extra seconds. It wouldn’t prevent me from buying these earbuds again, but if Jlab wants to improve these buds, if they could add the ability to disable that voice announcement with the app, that’d be appreciated.I definitely would recommend these earbuds to anyone who wants a good set of Bluetooth earbuds at a price that is reasonable.

The case is nice and portable, however when taking out the individual pods, it’s a little difficult to grab if you’re in a rush. They’re kind of slippery and small to grab.They take a bit too long to connect and doesn’t even connect to 2 devices at the same time, like I need to disconnect one device first then wait soo long until it connects to the other one. The waiting takes at least 10 seconds compared to my previous own, and when it does eventually connect, it tells what the battery percentage is. Not necessarily the greatest thing when I’m in a rush.The awareness mode just makes a weird white noise sound and doesn’t even work in my case.However the soundproof mode is very nice and the audio is very clear. (Shuffle is weird and doesn’t shuffle specific playlists??)I give the system a 3 star and the rest 4 stars. Not too great but good enough for me.

Amazing. Great sound, great fit. Nice and small. Greatest part is the charge cord is attached to the bottom so you never loose it!
