Refund And Return Policy

Before you place an order, please check this after-sales policy carefully. If you place an order, that means you agree to this policy.

On our items, free shipping with CAN $100.00 and more order. Not all sales are final. We accept refunds and returns for your orders. For any reason, the damaged items and wrong items received, we can also exchange. Please, make sure when you order, be sure you get the right size and color, etc., for you to receive. When your purchased item is out of stock, we will let you know, and you can be exchanged for something else similar to the item, except that if the amount differs, you are responsible for the full price.

The item you have ordered can be returned in its original condition, unused for a refund or replacement within 2-3 days, this is when the item received including receipt. For our all returns, we would like to process quickly as possible so we can send them out to our manufacturer as soon as possible for we have only such a short period of time.

Returns, refunds, and exchanges are accepted within 2-3 days after receiving the item. If you made an order with the wrong size or color, we are not responsible for any usage of shipping returns. We will ship you another item of the correct size after we receive the returned items. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Our Support team will approve your application within 48 hours, after which a solution will be discussed with you according to your situation. The solution given by Support shall be the final solution.

Notes:

If the item is defective or damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as jewelry, food item, and personal beauty products for health and safety reasons.

Products Damaged.

To start a return, you can contact us at the footer of our site. If your return is accepted, we’ll contact you and guide you through the instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Moreover, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item if you decided to make a purchase for a new product.

 Incorrect Products.

We have a strict quality control process before products are dispatched. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. We will deal with incorrect sizes and colors as follows:

  • For incorrect products, we offer a replacement.
  • For products with the wrong color or size, which doesn’t affect product function.

Notes:

Sometimes, the order arrives at the nearest post office to you and makes it pending because of an insufficient address, the package is unclaimed, no such number, etc. It will be much more convenient for you to contact the local post office or go to the post office for delivery.

2. Order not received.

We will not deal with the refund or resend if the tracking information shows the order has been delivered.

  • If you do not receive the package, a non-delivery certification issued by the local post office with an official seal is necessary.
  • Tracking Information Alert. The tracking information shows Alert, the reasons listed below:
  • Incorrect/insufficient Address.
  • No Such Number.
  • Recipient unknown.
  • Refused.
  • Do not pick up on time.
  • No safe delivery location.
  • Uncleared customs.
  • Others.

Notes:

  • The local distributor will deliver 1-3 times according to the actual situation. If it is still unclaimed during the delivery period, it will be returned to the local post office for storage for 3-7 days. Meanwhile, you need to pick up the package by yourself. Otherwise, the product will be returned to the sender, our logistics company.
  • We cannot offer a refund or resend if you don’t process the undelivered order, or the package is destroyed by the logistics company.
