I bought this because of a recommendation from an influencer for hair loss and to strengthen hair. I have never purchased any shampoo and conditioner that cost more than $40, but I thought maybe it would help with my hair loss every time I wash my hair. I find that after months of using this shampoo, my hair gets slightly greasy the next day, and I still have a lot of hair loss in the shower. Now I recently got acne on my scalp and neck area right below my hairline as well. I will NOT buy this costly shampoo and conditioner again for these reasons. I normally use shampoos with Biotin; it leaves my hair soft and dry for up to 3 days before I need to wash again, and it doesn’t give me acne on my scalp.These shampoos and conditioners are too pricey, and it’s really not worth the price, to be honest.

I was really skeptical about this when I first got and tried it, the price seems a little steep for the size of the bottle, I’m used to using a larger amount of conditioner of regular store brand names, usually while washing my hair, I have a handful of hair coming out even after conditioning. When I used this product I didn’t think the amount I used was going to be enough a it feels light and somewhat watery and being used to a thick conditioner i was pleasantly surprised, with approx 3 or 4 pumps, this makes my hair so soft, no greasy feeling, my hair is barely coming out during wash, condition and rinse. This product after 3 washes had my vote, not sure any how fast it will help with hair growth as my hair naturally grows slowly

Although this shampoo is expensive for me, I took a chance on it, and I’m glad I did. My ageing hair, which usually looks dry and frizzy, is actually soft and shiny again. In fact, after I started using this shampoo, I was asking family members to feel my hair, because I couldn’t believe how soft it was!I will definitely be buying this shampoo again because I love how it makes my hair feel. The only thing is, I am uncertain if the company can be trusted when it comes to listing ingredients. Because there is no perfume or fragrance listed on the shampoo bottle, yet it smells quite perfume-y. So much so that even many hours after I have washed my hair, I still get whiffs of perfume from my hair. It’s not super strong and I can take it, but how is it possible that a shampoo with only natural essential oils on the labels smells like cheap perfume? It’s a mystery to me.Edited to add that I think perhaps the natural oils settled to the bottom and so were more prominent when I first used this shampoo. After I had used it partly up, it seemed that the perfume-y aroma disappeared. I really did love this shampoo and I’m so sorry that it’s not available on Amazon any longer. I can’t find another natural shampoo that cleans my hair so well.

I got this as a replacement for the “Hairfood” shampoo I used to buy on here. The first issue I had was that, like many others have mentioned, it was leaked all over the wrapper. The conditioner is thin like water and takes a lot to actually do anything. The shampoo is also pretty thin. The smell is good. The bottles are also small as others have mentioned. Yes, I need to learn to check the fluid amounts. That was on me. We all just assumed these bottles would be the standard size.But since using this shampoo, I’m suddenly breaking out super bad! And I don’t know if the shampoo is the cause or not. I haven’t had the chance to get an alternative shampoo to try and see if the breakout clears up. Honestly, if it does, I’m going to come back and edit this to be 1 stars, lolMy neck, back, and chest are covered with acne. And all of a sudden, too! I’d just assumed it was something I was eating, but now I’m heavily wondering if this shampoo is the cause, since the majority of the acne is on my neck right up against the hairline…I don’t change my products out very often because I have very sensitive skin. While this shampoo does the job, it’s watery and pretty mediocre.I think I’ll just go buy a bulk bottle from my local salon again.
