If I could give this 10 stars I would. Got my ears pierced at a franchise store that everyone knows and they gave me their ear piercing cleaner product. I was initially impressed that they provided this but my new piercings got infected badly. I am 64 and not new to the piercing game. I read reviews for this and purchased it over the other popular brand. So glad I did! Not even a week and my ears are not infected anymore and they look healthy. No more discomfort either. I will continue to use this product for maintenance. I highly recommend. The spraying is way easier than a liquid cleaner that you have to “dab” with cotton balls and hope that you are getting the product where it needs to be. There is plenty of product in this size. It will last a long time. Just buy it!

I have a pair of stacked lobe piercing that I got over 2 years ago and they will just not completely heal! I don’t get a lot of crusties or raging infections, they are just often tender. I have tried several different types of piercing cleaners and this one has been the hands down best! I really love that it is a spray so I don’t need to use Q tips. There is hardly any smell and all and I noticed reduced pain after just 2 uses. I hope they after a few weeks all will be healed.
