Return Policy
Before you place an order, please carefully check this after-sales policy. If you place an order, that means you agree to this policy.
We are an independent online dropshipping business with satisfaction guaranteed on our products. On our items, taxes were included, and you can take advantage of our lower flat fee shipping rate. All sales are final. That’s because they are seasonal items and are priced low. Otherwise, when your purchased item is out of stock, we will refund your money. It will take 10 processing days to be returned to your bank account.
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 days of you receiving the item. If you made an order with the wrong size or color, we are not responsible for any shipping returns. You are responsible for any charges on the replacement item. We will ship you another item of the correct size after we receive the returned items. Please, when you order, make sure you get the right size, color, etc., for you to receive. In that case, you do not worry about paying extra shipping, for it is too expensive with the high cost of living. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Our support team will approve your application within 48 hours, after which a solution will be discussed with you according to your situation. Laziza will return products to our China warehouses only. However, we do not suggest returning products to our warehouses because the international shipping cost is high, and it takes at least 3 months to arrive at our China warehouse. Important Interpretation
For damages and issues, please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately. Photos or videos of the damaged item to prove the damage. If the item is defective or damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Any claims for misprinted, damaged, or defective items must be submitted within 7 days after the product has been received. The customer should provide a photo list. For packages damaged, all claims must be submitted no later than 72 hours after the delivery time.
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as digital downloads, perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. There were no exchanges on refurbished products; all sales are final.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Replacements or Exchanges
We make every attempt to provide you with a replacement product that is the same as the item purchased. However, Laziza reserves the right to provide you with a replacement product that is a product of a similar style or a substitute equivalent that may not be of the same kind (depending on availability). In the event we cannot provide you with the same product as a replacement, we will notify you immediately and ensure you agree with the replacement product. Customers are fully responsible for shipping and handling charges for exchanges, as well as the difference in cost of the products.
We provide replacements if packages arrive partially damaged (except for thread, slightly wrinkled, small scratches, etc.).
