Return Policy

Before you place an order, please carefully check this after-sales policy. If you place an order, that means you agree to this policy.

We are an online dropshipping business with satisfaction guaranteed on our products. We have items from Amazon.com and Amazon.ca. How it goes is you view, and then you order it at Amazon. Please get in touch with us if you have any questions at casibon@streetbox.shop. Thank you for your cooperation.

If you decide to order your items from Amazon, you can do so. Amazon will do all fulfillment for your order. For any reason you might have with your items or orders, such as exchanges, refunds, and returns on Amazon, they’ll do all the rest of the changes. We are not responsible for any returns or exchanges you make at Amazon. You will handle all the necessary steps for any changes, and Amazon will fulfill all the rest on their behalf.

Note: If you discover that the prices of Amazon products are lower than you anticipated, it’s just because you found them on Amazon.com. When you click it and view it on Amazon, it will take you to Amazon.ca and will convert the price to Canadian dollars when you click on it. Because the pricing was in US dollars on Amazon.com. After that, the cost will be converted to Canadian dollars. Amazon.com and Amazon.ca have just come together. These days, the majority of what we have now is Amazon.ca. Then you will be charged in Canadian dollars when you order.

Through the AmazonGlobal service, Amazon.ca ships a large number of goods to other countries in Europe, Asia, and the Americas. Although a lot of things qualify, not all of them can be transported abroad, and there are limitations depending on the kind of item and the location.

Important Information Regarding Amazon.ca International Shipping:

Availability: You should be logged into your account with your destination address chosen, and qualifying items are typically indicated on the product page.

Costs and Taxes: International orders are subject to import taxes, fees, and customs charges upon arrival in the country of destination, and shipping prices vary.

Shipping Options: Standard, expedited, priority, and express shipping are usually available.

Limitations: Certain products, such as bulky goods, hazardous materials, or goods offered by independent vendors without international shipping, might not be shipped.

It is important to note that recipients are responsible for ensuring products can be legally imported and for paying any associated import fees.

Reminder: the customer pays in their local currency using standard Amazon payment methods (credit card, local payment options), and Amazon handles the currency conversion and international logistics. The customer pays for items, shipping, and estimated import duties, which are remitted by Amazon.

Key Aspects of International Customer Payments:

Handling & Fees: The customer pays the total amount, which is then processed through Amazon’s payment system. The affiliate earns commission on the net revenue (price, less fees/taxes).

Currency & Methods: Customers pay in the currency of the specific Amazon site they are browsing (e.g., USD on Amazon.com, EUR on Amazon.de), using credit cards, debit cards, or other local payment methods accepted by that store.

Import Fees & Customs: For international, third-party sales, Amazon calculates and collects an “Import Fees Deposit” from the customer at checkout to cover customs, taxes, and duties upon arrival in their country.

Pricing: The listed price includes local, applicable taxes (like VAT or GST) based on the destination country.
