Return Policy

Before you place an order, please carefully check this after-sales policy. If you place an order, that means you agree to this policy.

We are an online dropshipping business with satisfaction guaranteed on our products. Our items are low-tax-free, and you can take advantage of our lower flat fee shipping rate. We accept refunds only if you have changed your mind. We accept refunds on clothing, shoes, and electronics only. You can make a refund request from your account details tab. And if it’s been approved, we will refund your purchase. We don’t do exchanges for different sizes or colors because we have a limited number of products. We can only do refunds for that matter. All returns must be in good condition and unused. Please return all purchases within a 7-day period, as it takes some time for us to process the return to our warehouse. For that reason, you are giving us extra time to prepare for us to return it to our warehouse, ready for our inventory. The solution given by Support will be the final solution. Returns must be returned within 7 days from the day you received the item to our address: Casibon, 305-124 West 18th Street, North Vancouver, BC V7M 1W4, Canada. You are responsible for the cost of shipping and handling for any returns to us.

No refunds on all merchandise purchases for personal care, such as bags and accessories with jewelry (except for smartwatches), etc.; health care and beauty products; hats; undergarments; mugs; and animal products such as food and toys for safety and health reasons. All sales are final. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Returns

We do not suggest returning products to our warehouses because the international shipping cost is high, and it takes at least 3 months to arrive at our warehouse. Most of them will be lost during the return.

2. Order not received.

These are in the following order:

  • If you do not receive the package, a non-delivery certification issued by the local post office with an official seal is necessary.
  • Tracking Information Alert. The tracking information shows Alert; the reasons are listed below:
    • Incorrect/insufficient address.
    • No Such Number.
    • Recipient unknown.
    • Refused.
    • Do not pick up on time.
    • There is no safe delivery location.
    • Uncleared customs.
    • Others.

Notes:

  • The local distributor will deliver 1-3 times, according to the actual situation. If it is still unclaimed during the delivery period, it will be returned to the local post office for storage for 3–7 days. Meanwhile, you need to pick up the package by yourself. Otherwise, the product will be returned to the sender, our logistics company.
