This yoga mat is perfect for beginners! This is my first Amazon basics purchase and I’m so shocked at the quality. It’s super thick and doesn’t move around when I do my workouts. As far as grip with my feet I use the little grooves which also help me when I’m getting into the swing of things. I absolutely think it’s worth the money. The string that helps you keep it in place makes it easy to store in tight places. I will be updating in 6 months to see how it holds up but so far so good 👍 namaste 🙏

These are a very nice 1/2” thick Yoga Mat. Cannot beat it for the price. I bought this pink one for my wife. I liked it better than my more expensive one that was getting old, and ended up getting a second one in blue for myself. I think it’s a great value for the money compared to others out there.
